Mr. Maguire received his BS in Wildlife Management from Humboldt State University with an emphasis in ornithology, plant ecology, and wildlife survey techniques. He is a certified Professional Wetland Scientist (PWS), Certified Wildlife Biologist (CWB®) with over 20 years experience conducting wildlife surveys, botanical surveys, and wetland delineations.
